David Price

David has been a barrister since 2006.

His areas of practice include banking, insolvency, commercial law, company law, mortgages & securities, equity & trusts, land law, and wills & estates.
He appears in trials and appellate matters in both state and federal jurisdictions.

David has written a textbook on limitation of actions and a casebook on constitutional law, now in its sixth edition published in 2016.
Before being called to the Bar, David was a litigation solicitor with a large commercial firm for more than 10 years.

Outside his practice, David is an active surf life saver.
