Ms Sethi specialises in the areas of taxation, revenue and administrative law advice and litigation.
She represents high wealth private groups, small to medium enterprises, large corporates, the Federal Commissioner of Taxation and the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue.
She has experience representing clients in relation to ATO & Revenue NSW investigations, audits, objections, disputes and external reviews in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal,
NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
She also has experience in the areas of superannuation, trusts, estates, succession planning and on commercial aspects of business.
Ms Sethi is entitled to appear in all State and Federal jurisdictions in Australia.
She obtained a Masters of Taxation (MTax) from the University of Sydney and holds the designation of Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with The Tax Institute.
