Overview

Chantal accepts briefs in all areas of law.

She regularly advises and appears in a broad range of cases, including commercial litigation, public law matters, and criminal proceedings (defence and prosecution).

Before joining the Bar, Chantal was a commercial litigator at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, a Principal Federal Prosecutor for the Commonwealth DPP, and the UNSW Human Rights Fellow to Legal Aid NSW. She has also appeared for Australia before the United Nations.

Chantal was previously the Associate to Justices Jagot, Griffiths, and Bromwich in the Federal Court of Australia.
