7 Wentworth Selborne is managed by our clerk, Simon Walker.

With over 27 years experience in Chambers, 19 as a Senior Clerk, Simon has a thorough understanding of barristers’ individual practices, and can provide information regarding their areas of expertise, availability for conferences, appearances and fee arrangements. He is familiar with the needs of both solicitors’ firms and in-house counsel, and is able to assist in recommending appropriate counsel for particular matters.

Simon also answers enquiries from prospective readers, which are treated in confidence. In particular, he can indicate the availability of positions with the 7th Floor, make introductions to appropriate tutors (for readers on the 7th Floor and from other floors), and offer advice regarding other issues associated with coming to the Bar.
