Duncan Miller SC


Duncan has over 30 years’ experience in construction / infrastructure, mining, arbitration, planning, commercial, insurance and common law disputes and advice work.
His practice is mainly concerned with construction-related and insurance disputes covering buildings, roads, railway infrastructure and rolling stock, mining and manufacturing, processing operations, ports, airports and pipelines, and in planning and environmental disputes for both councils and developers.
Duncan is a panel arbitrator with Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and takes appointments as an arbitrator, referee or expert determinant.
